Hello and welcome! I'm so glad I popped up in your search for a therapist who fits your needs. A bit about me and my practice. I enjoy working with folks within the Queer, Disabled, and Neurodivergent communities, as these are communities I also belong to. I enjoy working with the families and caregivers of Neurodivergent folks as well. Neurodivergence is not a monolith, and my experience is in working with ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD folks. I utilize Mindfulness Based practices, DBT-informed therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and Parent Behavior Training in my work with clients. I enjoy bringing Nature into treatment as a co-facilitator. This means I work to utilize our connection with Nature respectfully and in a way that is accessible to ALL. I tend to be change oriented, while also leaning into non-judgment, compassion, and validation. This means I work well with folks who are hoping to shift current thoughts/behaviors to create a life they want without falling into self-judgment or blame. *Currently under Clinical Supervision of Nicci Ramsey, LPC.
